- Spread the nuts evenly on a baking sheet; bake in a preheated oven at 205°C (405°F) for 10 minutes. Cool slightly, then wrap in a towel and rub to loosen the skins; peel the nuts. Step 2
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add nuts, thyme, lemon zest, rosemary, salt and pepper; cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
