Red wine vinegar and Italian herbs infuse this dressing with the wonderful flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. It's ready in minutes and is much tastier and higher quality than store-bought. Add it to your vegetable salads, roasted vegetables, and use it as a marinade for chicken and fish.
