Recipe for making pork ham with herbs in a slow cooker.


Ingredients:

  • 2 kg pork ham
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Provencal herbs
  • Tarragon greens
  • Salt, pepper
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Rinse the pork thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a towel or napkin. Make short slits, lard with finely chopped garlic, season well on both sides with salt and black pepper, and sprinkle generously with dried herbes de Provence and chopped tarragon.
  • Step 2
  • Roll the meat into a roll, secure the edges with wooden skewers, place in the multicooker bowl, select the “Stewing” mode and heat for 2 hours.

    You can also cook stewed pork in a slow cooker.
