Transform plain Greek yogurt into a light Mediterranean sauce that goes well with almost any dish: meat, vegetables, poultry, grain side dishes, and even as a dipping sauce for appetizers. Simply add crushed garlic and salt to the yogurt, and you're ready to go. For a beautiful presentation, drizzle the surface of the yogurt sauce with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs.
