Kitchen:Greek,European,
Menu:Breakfast,
Time: 12 hours 5 minutes
Complexity: easily
Quantity: 4 tbsp.

If you need Greek yogurt for a recipe and it's hard to find in your local store, make your own using plain, naturally flavored yogurt. Place it in a paper strainer and let it sit for a few hours until all the moisture has drained. This will create a thick, rich Greek yogurt that can be used in desserts, sauces, baked goods, or eaten plain. Best of all, this method is cheaper than buying original Greek yogurt.
