Simple tzatziki sauce
Votes: 2

Time: 15 min.
Traditional Greek tzatziki sauce is a delicious appetizer that can be served with fresh vegetables, pita chips, or simply with fresh bread. It's made with thick Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, chopped fresh dill, or lemon zest and juice—an incredibly refreshing combination! Before adding to the sauce, the cucumber is seeded, grated, and squeezed dry to prevent the tzatziki from becoming watery. Serve the sauce chilled, dip your favorite appetizers, and enjoy.
