How to Make Buffalo Chicken Brie
Time: 20 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 6

Having trouble deciding what appetizer to serve at a house party? Opt for this combination of buffalo wings and baked brie. Serve it like a dip with crackers for dipping. It's just as delicious as fried buffalo wings, but it keeps your hands and chins clean!

Ingredients:

  • 1 circle of Brie or Camembert cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded grilled chicken
  • 3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tbsp diced celery
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine 1.5 cups shredded grilled chicken with 3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce. Trim the top rind from a small wheel of Brie cheese. Place it on a sheet of nonstick foil and top with the chicken and 1 tablespoon of diced celery.
  • Step 2
  • Bring the edges of the foil together at the top and seal, leaving a space for steam to escape. Grill until the cheese is tender, about 8 minutes. Unwrap the foil and top the brie with the blue cheese dressing and chopped green onions. Serve with crackers.
