This creamy dip is made with leftover holiday turkey. Blue cheese and hot sauce give it a Buffalo flavor, which is enhanced even more by serving it with carrot sticks and celery for dipping. Served hot, it's perfect for a snack the day after the holidays.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 220 g of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups roasted skinless turkey, diced
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Celery and carrot sticks, crackers and bread, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in the turkey. Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart (2-liter) casserole.
  2. Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with blue cheese and green onions. Serve with celery and carrot sticks, crackers, and bread for dipping.
