This creamy dip is made with leftover holiday turkey. Blue cheese and hot sauce give it a Buffalo flavor, which is enhanced even more by serving it with carrot sticks and celery for dipping. Served hot, it's perfect for a snack the day after the holidays.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in the turkey. Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart (2-liter) casserole.
- Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with blue cheese and green onions. Serve with celery and carrot sticks, crackers, and bread for dipping.
