This recipe will give ordinary store-bought popcorn the amazing flavor of spicy Buffalo wings. You won't find anything like this at the store! Simply mix the popcorn with hot wing sauce, sprinkle with dry blue cheese, and serve with a cold beer.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons hot Buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 bag (200 gr.) popcorn
  • 1 tbsp. l. + 1.5 tsp. dry blue cheese
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the wing sauce and butter until the butter melts.
  • Step 2
  • Place the popcorn in a large bowl and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with dry blue cheese and toss. Enjoy.
