Crispy and flavorful, homemade caramel popcorn can't compare to the stuff you buy at the supermarket, and it's easy to make. All you need to do is pop fresh popcorn (in the microwave or in a pan), mix it with a honey, molasses, and butter caramel, and bake it in the oven until the caramel hardens. The popcorn is delicious and addictive. Make it for a great movie night and enjoy.

In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup honey, 1 tablespoon molasses, 2 ounces unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup popcorn. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 300°F (150°C) until crisp, 10-15 minutes, checking frequently. Cool completely and serve.
