Combine two popular appetizers—nachos and Buffalo chicken—in one dish for the perfect treat for a house party. The recipe is surprisingly simple, and you can use any leftover cooked chicken you have on hand, such as grilled, baked, or boiled. You'll also need hot chicken wing sauce, tortilla chips, cheddar, and blue cheese. With a minimum of ingredients, this appetizer is packed with a whole host of flavors.


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • Celery stick
  • Blue cheese
  • Ranch-flavored tortilla chips
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine 1.5 cups wing sauce with 0.5 cups water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add 4 cups shredded cooked chicken and heat through. Drain the chicken into a separate bowl and serve on ranch-flavored tortilla chips, sprinkled with 3 cups shredded cheddar.

  • Bake, then top with blue cheese, chopped celery and the remaining wing sauce.
