This homemade pizza is packed with all the flavors of traditional Buffalo wings. It's got the tangy, buttery sauce, the chicken itself (use store-bought rotisserie chicken for a quicker option), and the blue cheese. And since it's real pizza, you'll also get plenty of gooey mozzarella. To get a crispy crust, bake it on a very hot pizza stone. If you don't have a pizza stone, simply turn the baking sheet upside down and use that.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the hot sauce. Pour half the mixture into a medium bowl, add the chicken, and stir to coat completely. Pour any excess sauce back into the saucepan.
- Add a few spoonfuls of the remaining hot sauce mixture to the dough and spread into a thin, even layer. Sprinkle with shredded chicken and mozzarella. Top with blue cheese.
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone and bake until crispy, 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
