Teriyaki Chicken Wings

How to Make Teriyaki Chicken Wings
Kitchen:Asian,
Time: 40 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 12

Delicious and crispy chicken wings are an appetizer that everyone, adults and children alike, will love. Bake them in the oven until crispy and golden brown and toss them in a large bowl with teriyaki sauce. This mysterious Japanese sticky sauce can easily be made at home using soy sauce, grapefruit juice, ketchup, and hoisin sauce, along with brown sugar, ginger, garlic, chili pepper, and vinegar. The sauce should be thick and glossy, with a balanced flavor that perfectly balances sweetness, spiciness, and a hint of tartness. Wings coated in it look delicious, especially when topped with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
