Surprise your friends with these unusual Caesar-style chicken wings. This appetizer includes all the ingredients of the popular salad. The chicken wings are baked in the oven until done and immediately tossed with a spicy mayonnaise dressing topped with grated Parmesan cheese until evenly coated. Serve on a large platter, with the remaining dipping sauce, breadsticks, and romaine lettuce leaves on the side.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1.3 kg chicken wings, cut at the joints (discard the tips)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tbsp. grated parmesan
  • 2 hearts of romaine lettuce, leaves separated
  • Soft breadsticks, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake, turning with tongs halfway through, until very crisp, 45 to 50 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper. Set aside 1/2 cup of the sauce in a small serving bowl.
  4. Using tongs, transfer the hot wings to a large bowl with the sauce; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and toss well to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with lettuce leaves. breadsticks and dipping sauce.
