The vibrant summer cocktail Meloncello is named by combining the names of its two main ingredients – melon (watermelon) + limoncello. This drink is made with limoncello, Italy's national liqueur, which gives it a refreshing tartness, light rum, and watermelon juice. Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
