A recipe for a drink based on eggs and hot milk - eggnog with Baileys cream liqueur, in IrishWith the addition of Irish whiskey.


Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 30 ml Irish cream liqueur
  • 10 ml Irish whiskey
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Grated nutmeg and cinnamon sticks
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine the egg, liqueur, and whiskey in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Heat the milk in a saucepan until steaming, but do not bring to a boil. Then, whisking, gradually pour the hot milk into the egg mixture. Ladle the eggnog into mugs. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve with cinnamon sticks.
