Ingredients:

  • 1 lump of sugar
  • 60 ml Irish whiskey
  • About 1 cup hot black coffee
  • Sugar-free whipped cream for decoration
  • 5 drops of mint liqueur
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Place a sugar cube in a glass coffee mug and add whiskey. Fill the mug almost to the top with coffee. Using a spoon, carefully spoon a 2-cm-thick layer of cream over the coffee. Add the mint liqueur and serve immediately.
