Ingredients:

  • 2 - 3 teaspoons of condensed milk
  • 2-3 tsp. ground French roast coffee, medium grind
  • Boiling water as needed
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • EquipmentVietnamese-style coffee filter for one cup
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place condensed milk in a coffee cup. Place a filter on the cup. Unscrew the filter, add ground coffee, and screw it back on. Fill the filter with boiling water. Close the lid and let the coffee slowly drip into the cup.
  • Step 2
  • Remove the filter and stir the coffee and milk. Pour the coffee mixture into glasses filled with ice and stir until chilled. Serve.
