Coffee and cinnamon brownie

How to Make Coffee Cinnamon Brownies
Kitchen:American,
Time: 35 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 16

Adding instant coffee and ground cinnamon to the chocolate batter dramatically transforms a simple brownie. The flavor becomes richer and more complex, while its texture is just as soft and dense in the center as everyone loves brownies. The recipe is incredibly simple, and you'll have brownies on the table in less than an hour.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease a 22cm square baking pan with butter.
  • Step 2
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, instant coffee, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt and heat over medium heat. Stir until the butter melts, then remove from the heat and let cool until just warm (the sugar will not have dissolved). Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is glossy and smooth. Add the flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  • Step 3
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until the brownies are set, 20-25 minutes. Let cool in the pan, then cut into 16 squares.
