Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Make coffee ice: Dissolve sugar in coffee, then cool. Pour the coffee into ice cube trays with 16 square wells and freeze for about 3 hours.
  2. Prepare chocolate syrup: Place the sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan, then slowly pour in 2/3 cup hot water, whisking constantly. Place the saucepan on the stove and heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove the saucepan from the stove, add the chocolate, honey, and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth. Then cool the syrup completely.

  3. Prepare frappe: Place 8 coffee ice cubes, 1 cup crushed ice, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 cup chocolate syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the cocktail into 2 glasses, then repeat with the remaining ingredients. Top the cocktails with whipped cream and more chocolate syrup.
