Cherry-Filled Pancakes with Brandy - A Detailed Recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 1 jar (600 g) of cherry filling
  • 1/4 cup Kirschwasser black cherry brandy, or cherry vodka
  • 4 tbsp (60 g) butter, cut into cubes
  • 6 ready pancakes
  • Mint and chocolate syrup for decoration
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the cherries and cognac. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in the butter, one cube at a time. Remove from heat. Set aside 6 whole cherries for garnish.
  • Step 2
  • Divide the cherry filling between 6 crepes and stack them. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with mint and cherries.
