Ingredients:

  • 60 ml coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
  • 450 ml of sparkling water
  • One bottle (330 ml) of dark or chocolate beer, such as Guinness
  • 500 ml chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Add 1 tablespoon of coffee liqueur to 4 tall glasses. Top with 1/2 cup of club soda. Top with beer and stir.
  • Step 2
  • Add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream to each glass. Drink immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the ice cream to melt into the drink. Enjoy!
