Ingredients:

  • 4 bottles (330 ml each) of beer
  • 1/4 cup coarse salt
  • 3 tbsp chili seasoning
  • 4 limes, cut into wedges
  • Hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco)
  • Worcestershire sauce
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Mix salt and chili seasoning in a small bowl and transfer to a flat plate. Rub the rims of beer mugs with lime and dip them in chili and salt.
  • Step 2
  • Squeeze the juice of 4 lime wedges into each mug. Add a lime wedge to each mug and fill with ice. Pour in 1 bottle of beer, add a splash of hot and Worcestershire sauce, and serve immediately.
