Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of Pale Ale beer, chilled
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt, for garnishing glasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili seasoning
  • 1/2 lime, squeeze the juice
  • 2 tablespoons tomato juice
  • Tabasco hot sauce
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Mix salt and chili seasoning In a small dish, moisten the rim of the glass with a little lime juice, then dip the rim into the salt mixture.
  • Step 2
  • Add lime juice, tomato juice, and hot sauce to a cocktail shaker. Add some ice cubes and cold beer. Shake well and serve.
