Double chocolate marshmallow milkshake - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1/2 cup very cold heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup marshmallows
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cold whole milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 3 cups chocolate ice cream
  • Grated dark chocolate, for decoration

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Beat the cream, marshmallows and vanilla extract with a mixer on high speed until thick.
  2. Combine milk and chocolate syrup in a blender. Add chocolate ice cream and blend until smooth.

  3. Fill 4 tall glasses one-quarter full with the cocktail, top each with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream. Continue filling the glasses in the same order, finishing with a final layer of whipped cream. Sprinkle the cocktails with grated chocolate.
