Dried fruits in chocolate

Chocolate glaze transforms any dried fruit into both a healthy candy and a delicious treat for guests. Simply melt the chocolate in the microwave and dip half-filled pieces of mango, papaya, or dried apricot into it. Allow the chocolate to harden and serve.

Recipe:
Finely chop 110 g (4 oz) of dark chocolate; microwave on 50% power until almost completely melted, about 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Dip dried mango, papaya, and/or dried apricot pieces in the chocolate, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 10 minutes.
