These little treats are coated in a glossy semi-sweet chocolate glaze.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 450 g (about 20 pcs.) strawberries with stems (well washed and dried)
- 170 g semi-sweet chocolate, chopped into pieces

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Wash the strawberries, but do not remove the leaves or stems. Drain and dry completely.
Place the chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl. Fill a medium saucepan with about 2 inches of water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat and set the bowl with the chocolate over the saucepan to melt. Stir until smooth. Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, remove the bowl from the double boiler. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Culinary advice: You can also melt the chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave on high power for 60 seconds. Remove, stir, and microwave for another 10 seconds until melted. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly and thicken. - Holding a strawberry by the stem, dip the bottom half into the melted chocolate. Rotate the strawberry around itself to form a chocolate "tail" at the end. Place the strawberry on parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining berries.
