Make these simple peanut butter, sugar, and butter truffles and roll them in chopped milk chocolate. They'll make elegant truffles that can be served with coffee or gifted as a delicious treat.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • Finely chopped milk chocolate, for sprinkling

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large bowl, beat the powdered sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla extract, and salt with a mixer on medium speed until smooth. Scoop out 1 teaspoon of the mixture, form into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Roll the truffles in chopped chocolate. Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.
