The main ingredient in these healthy chocolates is avocado. It blends harmoniously with the dark chocolate, giving the candies a soft, velvety texture and filling them with healthy fats. Besides melted dark chocolate and ripe avocados, you'll only need vanilla extract, a little ground cinnamon, and cocoa powder to coat the truffles. Let the mixture set in the refrigerator before forming the balls to prevent it from sticking to your hands. Offer your guests these handmade candies, and they'll never guess they're made with avocado.
