Chocolate-covered cherries are not only delicious but also healthy. The combination of vitamin- and antioxidant-rich fresh cherries and heart-healthy dark chocolate makes for a true superfood. Serve chocolate-covered cherries as a dessert or use them to decorate cakes and other complex desserts.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Finely chop 200 g of dark chocolate. Combine three-quarters of the chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted. Add the remaining chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Dip 450 g of fresh cherries in chocolate, holding them by the stems, and place them on parchment paper. Let the chocolate glaze set.
