Chocolate-coated dried apricots with almonds are easy to make and look sophisticated. They make a wonderful after-dinner dessert, a healthy alternative to candy, or even a garnish for a cheese platter. Simply dip the dried apricots in melted chocolate, press the almonds into place, and let them set.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Melt 60 grams of finely chopped dark chocolate in the microwave on medium power. Dip the dried apricots halfway into the chocolate, then place an almond on each.
