Orange tea with spices - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 4 bags of black tea
  • 4 tbsp of water
  • 6 carnation buds
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Peel of 1/2 orange
  • Zest of 1/2 orange
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of honey

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and cardamom to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and cover. Steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the liquid, return it to the saucepan, and reheat. Add the tea bags, steep for a few minutes, then add the orange peel and zest. Add the milk and honey. Pour into mugs and serve.
