Carrot and orange pair beautifully in this freshly squeezed juice, which lifts your spirits with its invigorating, vibrant color and flavor. It's an excellent source of vitamins C and K, as well as beta-carotene, a natural antioxidant essential for our bodies. Optionally, chia seeds can be added to the juice; they'll provide a great fiber boost and omega-3 fatty acids. Drink freshly squeezed juice as soon as possible after juicing to reap the maximum benefits.
