Time: 30 min.

If you want to impress your guests with an interesting cheese platter, replace the traditional fruits, jams, nuts, and honey with just grape tapenade, which wonderfully combines the flavors of all the ingredients we traditionally serve with cheese. In addition to sliced grapes, it also includes a spoonful of honey, shallots, lemon juice, and Spanish Marcona almonds—the "king of almonds"—which boast a more delicate sweetness and a slightly softer texture. Vary the flavors of your tapenade by using different grape varieties and mixing them. It's the perfect accompaniment to Spanish cheeses.
