Tiramisu with raspberries and peanut cream - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Beat in a mixer on medium speed. peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1/2 cup heavy cream for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the remaining heavy cream and beat until thick, about 2 more minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the jam, Framboise liqueur, and 1/3 cup water with a mixer until smooth. Spread 3 tablespoons of the jam mixture over the bottom of a 22 x 12 cm glass baking dish. Arrange the cookies in a single layer and drizzle half the jam mixture over the top.

  3. Then spread half the cream on the cookies and top with a layer of raspberries. Add another layer of cookies, spread with the jam mixture and the remaining cream, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator and remove the film, then arrange the remaining raspberries on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Decorate with a dusting of powdered sugar.
