Dessert pizza with berries and cinnamon - a detailed recipe.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 serving of store-bought pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 tablespoons cinnamon sugar, divided (see recipe below)
- 2 tbsp. mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbsp. heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
- 2 cups of different berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
Sugar with cinnamon:
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a rolling pin, roll the pizza dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Transfer the dough to a lined baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar and bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. - Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, cream, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Spread the cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Top with berries and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. Slice like a pizza and serve.
Sugar with cinnamon: Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise. Use the back of a knife to scrape the inside of the bean to collect the seeds. Scrape the seeds into a small bowl. Add the sugar and cinnamon and stir.
