If you're planning a US flag theme for your party, these tartlets are the easiest and most delicious option. Fill them with frosting, arrange them in a rectangle on a tray, and decorate them with red and blue berries, such as strawberries and blueberries, in a matching pattern.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Fill mini tartlets or filo pastry cups with sweet mascarpone cream (see recipe below).

Mascarpone creamUsing a mixer, beat 220g of mascarpone cheese with 3 tbsp of powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in 0.5 cup of freshly whipped cream.
