To create this refreshing summer drink that alternates between red, white, and blue, Guy Fieri blends watermelon schnapps, tequila, blue curacao, and a splash of cranberry juice.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

- 45 ml tequila
- 7.5 ml. blue curaçao
- 15 ml of regular syrup
- Watermelon pieces for garnish (optional)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine schnapps and cranberry juice in a shaker and strain into an ice-filled glass.
In a shaker, combine jalapeño pepper, lemon and lime slices, tequila, blue curacao, and syrup (to make syrup, dissolve equal parts sugar in hot water and chill). Slowly strain into a glass over the red layer. Garnish with watermelon slices, if desired.
