Red foods are believed to energize and boost the body's vitality. Make an energetic salad with tomatoes, watermelon, and strawberries. It will not only boost your energy but also be a pleasant refreshment on a hot summer day. The sweet ingredients pair harmoniously with the tart dressing. For a more refreshing flavor, add the watermelon after the salad has been dressed, playing with the contrasting temperatures. Top the dressed tomatoes and room-temperature strawberries with well-chilled watermelon cubes.
