Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Melt the chocolate bars and condensed milk in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth (do not allow the bowl to touch the simmering water). Remove the bowl from the pan and stir in the milk, cream, and chocolate syrup. Cool for 2 hours.
- Cool the mixture in an ice cream maker. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
