Plain ice cream

Time: 1 hour.
This homemade ice cream doesn't require any cream—it works just as well with instant vanilla pudding mix, mixed with unsweetened condensed milk and whole milk. Once the mixture is smooth, freeze it in an ice cream maker and let it set in the freezer. With minimal effort, you'll get about 2 liters of creamy, delicious vanilla ice cream.
