Craving homemade ice cream but don't have an ice cream maker? No problem. Simply freeze coffee creamer in an ice cube tray, then blend it with frozen fruit in a food processor, and peaches-and-cream ice cream will be ready in minutes.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 120 ml (0.5 cup) vanilla coffee creamer
  • 450 g (about 1 and 2/3 cups) frozen peaches

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Pour the cream into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Add the frozen cream to the food processor along with the peaches.

  3. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed. Transfer to a container, seal tightly, and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. Ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months..
