Natural peach ice cream is easy to make at home, especially if you have an ice cream maker. The ice cream is fragrant, very creamy, and has a rich, fruity flavor. You can make it year-round. In summer, use fresh peaches, and in winter, use frozen or canned ones.

Combine the reduced peaches with heavy cream, mash, and when cool, churn in an ice cream maker. For the topping, prepare a pecan praline sauce and serve warm. Its delicious, slightly spicy flavor pairs perfectly with the peach ice cream.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Place the chopped peaches in a saucepan. Add water and peach nectar. Cook over medium heat until the peaches are soft, about 10 minutes. Then remove the saucepan from the stove and drain the peach juice. Transfer the peaches to a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and cool to room temperature.
  2. Add sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the peaches. Blend everything using an immersion blender. (If you don't have an immersion blender, you can use a food processor.) Remove the ice cream maker from the freezer and turn on the machine. Pour the peach mixture into the ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's instructions. Then transfer the finished ice cream to a container and place it in the freezer.

  3. Serve ice cream drizzled with warm pecan praline sauce.
  4. Pecan Praline Sauce:

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes until syrupy. Serve warm. The sauce can be refrigerated, covered.

    Note

A few hours before you start making ice cream, place the ice cream maker bowl in the freezer.
