This homemade yogurt ice cream recipe is delicious, gooey, and incredibly chocolatey. What's more, it's significantly lower in calories and fat than store-bought chocolate ice cream, yet just as delicious. Make a chocolate mixture using chocolate chips, low-fat milk, cocoa powder, and sugar, then mix it with low-fat yogurt. Let it set in the molds, and enjoy your delicious homemade ice cream.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 240 g dark chocolate granules
- 1.5 cups of 1% milk
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Greek yogurt 2%

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place chocolate chips in a medium glass bowl.
In a medium saucepan, combine milk, cocoa, sugar, vanilla, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Place over medium heat. Stir constantly for 5–7 minutes, until the cocoa is dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil.
Remove the pan from the stove and pour the milk mixture over the chocolate chips. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then gently whisk until the chocolate is completely melted. Then stir in the yogurt and let it cool completely. - Divide the mixture evenly among 8 popsicle molds (about 1/3 cup per mold) and freeze for at least 5 hours (can be frozen for up to a month). Before serving, run the mold under running hot water for a second and remove the ice cream.
