This homemade ice cream is made with just three ingredients, and you don't need a special ice cream maker. Frozen bananas are blended with raspberry jam and a spoonful of coconut oil, and then it's ready to eat! If you like the idea of ​​this quick dessert, keep a few sliced ​​bananas in the freezer at all times so you can make delicious and healthy ice cream in minutes at any time.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp. l. raspberry jam

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Peel the bananas and cut into 2.5 cm thick slices. Freeze until completely hard, preferably overnight.
  2. Combine the banana chunks, coconut oil, and 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam in a food processor and pulse until the bananas begin to break down. Stop, scrape down the sides of the bowl, and pulse a few times.

  3. Continue pulsing until mixture is smooth, like ice cream.
  4. For servingAdd the remaining 1 tablespoon of jam to the banana mixture. Serve immediately or freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
