Recipe:
- 2 cups cold natural fruit juice; if using pomegranate or cranberry juice, add more sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 packet (30 g) of odorless gelatin
Heat 1 cup of fruit juice in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and add sugar, stirring until dissolved. In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the remaining 1 cup of cold juice. Let it bloom for 2 minutes and stir. Add the warm juice to the bowl with the gelatin, stir, and pour the mixture into the mold. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours; cut into cubes.
