This alcoholic watermelon-shaped jelly will be a stunning addition to your summer party and a delicious treat that will impress all your guests. Pour the vodka-infused watermelon jelly into half a watermelon (minus the pulp, just the rind), let it set, and then cut into triangles, just like a real watermelon! To make the watermelon stable, trim a small piece from the back of the rind. And to make it easy to cut, look for a watermelon with a thin rind.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1.5 cups of vodka
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • Two 85g packages of watermelon-flavored jelly mix
  • Half a watermelon, remove the pulp
