This alcoholic jelly, shaped like a beautiful pie, can be served as both a drink and a dessert at a friendly house party. The jelly is made with natural apple cider, to which a generous dose of Fireball cinnamon liqueur is added. It's served as pie slices topped with whipped cream. The jelly has a fruity, apple-like flavor with a bright cinnamon aftertaste. Cinnamon lovers will be delighted with this unique and fun treat.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups non-alcoholic natural apple cider
  • 1 cup cinnamon liqueur, such as Fireball
  • 3 bags of 7 g. powdered gelatin
  • Cinnamon gummies, such as Red Hots, for garnish
  • Orange sprinkles, for decoration
  • Yellow sprinkles, for decoration
  • Whipped cream, for decoration

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the apple cider and cinnamon. Stir in the gelatin and let it sit until softened and dissolved, about 5 minutes. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch (22-cm) pie dish and refrigerate until completely set, at least 2 hours or overnight. Decorate the edge of the pie with cinnamon-flavored gummies. Make a ring of orange sprinkles in front of the gummies; add a ring of yellow sprinkles inside. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut the pie into 8 slices and serve with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
