Peach granola for pies - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 6 dried peaches, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons peach preserves
  • 4 tbsp (60 g) butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp. l. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 and 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup crushed pecans
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 325°F (160°C). Combine the butter, brown sugar, canned goods, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Add the rolled oats and pecans and mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake the mixture until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through. Cool completely on a wire rack. Stir in dried peaches and chocolate chips. Sprinkle granola over the pies.Apple Crisp with Granola in a Skillet). Or serve it for breakfast, mixed with yogurt.
