Peach is a great ingredient for white sangria. Its sweet flavor and aroma complement the crisp notes of dry white wine, especially when using Riesling. Some of the peach is finely grated, while others are added in chunks. Fresh mint adds an even more refreshing flavor to white sangria. The drink is steeped in the leaves for several hours and then served very chilled. For a more interesting flavor, you can substitute lemon balm or lemon verbena for the mint.
